We are a Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and Dedicated Server hosting business owned and operated by EDGBL Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of our hosting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You may not use our services if you do not agree to this agreement.
Description of Services
EDIS Global provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and Dedicated Server hosting services to customers worldwide. Our Services include hardware resources, network connectivity, and technical support.
Payment and Billing
You agree to pay for the Services you purchase from EDIS Global in advance of the time period during which Services are provided. All fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to you.
Account Setup
To use our Services, you must first create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the appropriate use of our services. Key prohibitions include child abuse materials, deceptive practices like spamming, interference with our infrastructure, and hosting of harmful content such as malware. We strictly prohibit content that breaches intellectual property, defames, violates privacy, promotes self-harm, or endorses extremism. Violations can result in suspensions, terminations, or legal actions. Always align with our AUP to ensure uninterrupted service.

Termination
We may terminate your account and this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your fees.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EDIS Global or EDGBL Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Services.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought to the Cyprus courts.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with reasonable notice provided to you. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
