EDIS Global provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting and dedicated server hosting services to customers around the world. We are committed to providing a reliable, secure, and high-performance hosting environment. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with hosting your data and applications on our servers.
We take the protection of your data and privacy very seriously. We comply with applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and security, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus Data Protection Law. In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement, EDGBL Ltd. and the customer agree to use their best efforts to settle the dispute amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
